Housekeeper Tamara Amanda Eastmond - "Tammy" - has been looking after the best luxury homes on the West Coast of Barbados for more than15 years. She is a real perfectionist and would never be satisfied by anything less.
Tammy really enjoys when the property is full of guests and she is always happy to be involved in the process of making their holiday as perfect as possible.
She has been trained to make the necessary preparations for special occasions, including fine dining, which, together with The Pearl’s chefs, makes her an excellent member of the team.
Chef Micheala Blackett has been involved in the Culinary field for seven years. She has had the opportunity of experiencing and preparing a number of different cuisines, ranging from Asian, Indian, British, Russian, Italian and her personal favourite, West Indian.
Food is her passion and Micheala always aims to deliver the perfect finished product with every opportunity she is blessed with, and to share her talent among people from around the world. Her future endeavour is to become a world renowned executive chef/entrepreneur, and Micheala strongly believes this ambition is beneficial to everyone.
